• Retoure sind möglich innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Unbedingt zuerst per Email Bescheid geben. Falls es während “Winterpause” ist, dann bis 21.01.20 warten mit der Rücksendung)

• Umtausch mit Rabatt möglich, aber nur bis zum 10.12.19

• Rücksendungen und Umtausch nach dem 10.12.19 ist mit Rückerstattung möglich, kann aber erst nach der Winterpause (21.01.20) bearbeitet werden.

• Return is only possible within 14 days, and first you should inform us by email. If it happens to be during the “winter break” then you have to wait until 21.01.20

• Change is also possible but again only until 10.12.19 

• For changes or returns after 10.12.20 refund only possible after our “winter-break” (21.01.20)
